Job Description:
MOTOR CONTROL CENTER OF LV AC OIL PRESSURE UNIT:
▪ This scope of works covers the dismantling, engineering design, manufacture, assembly, testing at manufacturer’s works, supply and delivery, properly packed of Motor Control
Center (MCC) with Built in LV AC Feeder compartment – 2 Sets
▪ Installation, testing and commissioning works for the supplied Motor control Center (MCC)- 2 sets
▪ One lot of related auxiliaries such as cable lugs, cable shoes, LV cables etc. to provide complete, ready for service installations
Sample units were carried out routine tests as per the relevant IEC standards and the routine test reports was made
available at the time of inspection to

Routine test included:
1. Visual Inspection
2. Inspection of wiring and electrical operation
3. Verification of insulation
4. Verification of protective measures and continuity of protective circuits
5. Verification of insulation resistance
